In support of the Beaverton City Library, the New Friends of the Beaverton City Library operate a used book store. The Book Corner stocks books and audio/video material which has been donated by the public. Popular subjects include mysteries, science fiction, children’s books, biography, classics, cooking, gardening, the arts, history, religion, humor, and much more.

Most hardcover books sell for one dollar; paperbacks sell for fifty cents. Some collectible books are priced higher. Such high volumes of books are sold that the Friends raise over $25,000 per year. These funds are used to enhance the Library’s collections, programs and services.

The Book Corner needs your donations!
Please bring your used books, CDs, audio tapes, and DVDs to the bookstore during open hours. The New Friends of the Beaverton City Library provide tax-deductible receipts for all donations. Help support the Beaverton City Library - donate today!
