For class visits only:
Applications must:
- Be signed by the parent or guardian of the child.
- Proof of the child’s home address must accompany the application. Class lists from school are acceptable proof of address.
- Applications must be turned in one week before the visit to allow time to prepare the cards. Applications turned in after this deadline will not be processed in time for students to receive their cards on the day they visit.

In most cases, class visits should be for 10 or more. Class visits and tours are offered subject to the availability of library staff. We will make every effort to accommodate groups. However, due to other library programs and events, we may not be able to schedule every group who requests a visit.
