Driving Directions

From the West on Tualatin Valley Highway

Take Tualatin Valley Highway (Highway 8) to SW Murray Blvd. Turn right onto Murray, then left onto SW Farmington Rd (Highway 10). Turn right onto SW Watson Ave. Turn left onto SW 5th Street. Go two and a half blocks (pass SW Hall Blvd) and turn left into the library parking lot.

From the West on Highway 26

Take Highway 26 (Sunset Highway) east to exit 69A (Beaverton/Tigard/217 S). After you exit, proceed on Highway 217 S to exit 2A (Canyon Rd). Go straight at the first light at the bottom of the exit. At the next light, turn right and get into the center lane. At the second light, turn left onto SW Lombard Ave. Turn right onto SW 5th St. Go one and a half blocks and turn right into the library parking lot.

From Portland

Take Highway 26 (Sunset Highway) west to exit 69A (Beaverton/Tigard/217 S). After you exit, proceed on 217 S to exit 2A (Canyon Rd). Go straight at the first light at the bottom of the exit. At the second light, turn left onto SW Lombard Ave. Turn right onto SW 5th St. Go one and a half blocks and turn right into the library parking lot.

From Washington

Take I-5 south to exit 302B (I-405 W/US 30 W) and cross the Fremont Bridge. Approaching the end of the bridge, get into the left lane. Take exit 1D (Highway 26 W toward Beaverton). Refer to directions from Portland.

From the South

Take I-5 north to exit 292A (217 N toward Tigard/Sunset Highway/Oregon Coast). After you exit, proceed on 217 N to exit 2B (SW Allen Blvd.) At the light, turn left onto Allen heading west. At the second light, turn right onto SW Lombard Ave. Turn left onto SW 5th St. Go one and a half blocks and turn right into the library parking lot.

Public Transportation

TriMet lines 78 and 76 stop at 5th and Hall, across the street from the library. The library is within walking distance of bus lines 52 and 88 and the Beaverton Transit Center.
