All in-person and virtual storytimes are on break until January 30, 2022

Registration for Winter 2022 Virtual storytimes is now open!

Join us for library storytimes! Beaverton City Library staff present age-appropriate stories, songs, rhymes and more to encourage a love of books and reading in young children ages birth through 6 years. Storytimes are fun and will give you ideas for songs and rhymes you can use with your child at home. Parents are a young child’s best teacher and we encourage you to read and sing with your child every day.

Virtual Storytimes runs from January 30- March 19. Registration with an email address is required.

In-Person Storytimes: We are planning a four-week in-person storytime trial session running from February 20- March 19. We have sessions at both locations for all ages; please call (503) 350-3600 for the schedule and more information. No registration is required but space is very limited; we appreciate your patience as we bring back more in-person library events. Face coverings are required for everyone age 5 and up. We hope to bring back a longer in-person storytime session after spring break.

Storytime Videos are available on our YouTube channel anytime.
