Family Storytime on the Lawn has been canceled 9/28 due to inclement weather.

Join us for library storytimes! Beaverton City Library staff present age-appropriate stories, songs, rhymes and more to encourage a love of books and reading in young children ages birth through 6 years. Storytimes are fun and will give you ideas for songs and rhymes you can use with your child at home. Parents are a young child’s best teacher and we encourage you to read and sing with your child every day.

This fall, the library will have both virtual and in person storytimes.

In-person storytimes will be held outside until further notice, and may be cancelled due to weather conditions. In-person events follow current city and county health guidance and requirements. Please check the library’s events calendar prior to each storytime for the most current health-related requirements. Due to limited space outside storytime at Murray Scholls requires registration.

Virtual storytimes require registration. Register below and we’ll send you a weekly email one hour prior to storytime with that day’s link for virtual storytime. Virtual storytime runs from Sept 14-Dec 18.

Storytime Videos are available on our YouTube channel anytime.
