Ever been on a train or bus and wished you had something to read? Well, for commuters who stop at the Beaverton Transit Center, that wish is about to come true.
Through an agreement with TriMet, the Beaverton City Library is about to launch a Grab & Go library collection of books available to commuters who pass through that busy transit station.
The collection will consist of donated books—so no library card needed; moreover, you don’t even need to return them when you’re finished reading (of course, you’re welcome to do so if you like).
Look for the Grab & Go collection to go live in either February or March of this year. For more information contact Beaverton City Library director Glenn Ferdman.
