Working Across Generations: Collaboration Within a Generational Mix

Tuesday, October 24, 2017

Explore the nuance of intergenerational workspace and management styles with Marilyn Scott, a retired Intel Manager. Common conflicts may arise among mixed generations, in job hunting, within work environments, or in the collaborating phase of a startup process. No matter what, a thorough overview of the differences present among generations will provide insight to you in your own individual situations. Scott's professional background is in organization development, human resources, communication and management effectiveness. Prior to Intel, she was an HR Director for the American Red Cross. She is currently Chairperson of the Portland Chapter of SCORE. Free and open to the public; no registration required.
