23rd Annual Teen Art Show

The annual teen art show is almost here! We are now accepting pre-registrations of art. Art can be delivered to the main library's Teen Room Thurs., 10/30 - Sat., 11/1. The show opens Wed., 11/5 at 4 p.m. and will remain open through Sun., 11/9. Visit the Teen Art Show site for a flyer with full guidelines.

Scary Short Stories Contest

We are now accepting submissions of scary short stories by students in grades 6-12. Stories can be submitted electronically from now until 10/31. Winning entries will be posted to the writing contest site by 11/14.

Young Willamette Writers Author Chats

Saturday, 10/11, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Come write with us! Join Young Willamette Writers each month for a talk with an author about writing followed by a writing prompt. Attend in person or register for a Zoom link. This Saturday author Adam Bolivar will talk about performing and writing horror. There is no November meeting - the next will take place on Sat., 12/6.
