Yes! Starting 9/22, you can drop in during BCL To Go hours to pick up your holds, no appointment needed.

Yes, book drops at BCL Main and Murray Scholls are available 24/7. We will not be accepting returns at BCL To Go pick-up site at Hall Blvd. Library of Things items can be returned to the BCL Main Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm. Please bring Library of Things items checked out from Beaverton City Library to the loading dock door on Tucker Ave., next to the drive-up book return, wear a mask and ring the doorbell. Staff will answer to collect your returns. All materials will be quarantined for at least 24 hours before being checked in and removed from your account. The quarantine period is based on recommendations from Washington County’s Public Health Division and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Yes, Interlibrary Loan (ILL) items can be picked up along with other holds at BCL To Go. Contact our ILL office if you have questions about the status of your ILL requests: 503-350-3608 or bclill@beavertonoregon.gov
You can pay fines online at WCCLS.org . We will not be accepting payments at BCL To Go. If you have questions about your account, call 644-2197, press 1.
If you received an appointment confirmation email, please cancel by clicking the cancel link in the confirmation email you received. You can then schedule another appointment online, or drop in during open hours. If you need assistance, please call 503-644-2197.
We will hold on to your items for 7 days after a missed appointment. If you would still like to pick them up, please schedule a new appointment within that window of time, or stop by during our Drop-In hours to pick up your materials without an appointment.
Please either circle the block until space opens up, or park in the lot and walk up. During busy times, cars may have to circle the block several times before finding a curbside space.
Yes! You can place holds in the library catalog. Once you receive notice that your holds are available at BCL Main or BCL Murray Scholls, please make a BCL To Go appointment to pick them up at BCL Main. Due to COVID-19 precautions, you may experience shipping delays with holds.
If you no longer want requested held items, please cancel your holds online. If your item is in already in held status on your account please call (503) 644-2197 and ask a staff person to cancel your hold.
No problem! Simply give us a call and library staff can create a curated bundle of books (up to 5) just for you. Then schedule a BCLtoGo appointment or drop-in during BCL to Go hours and we will have the books all ready for you to pick up. Here are some examples of possible curated bundles:
