  1. Beaverton Symphony Orchestra Preview Concert

    November 18, 2017, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Library Auditorium

    Members of the Beaverton Symphony Orchestra will share music in a relaxed environment. A short question-and-answer session will follow the performance. The Beaverton Symphony Orchestra, formerly known as the Beaverton Chamber Symphony, was founded in 1984 by Dr. Charles Encell and based on the philosophy that the group would provide a place for amateur musicians to play great music and share it with the Beaverton community at affordable prices. The group is led today by Travis Hatton, a conductor widely known throughout the Northwest. Free and open to the public; no registration required.

    Family Storytime is open to all ages and can be enjoyed by the whole family. We share books, fingerplays and action rhymes, sing songs, and move to music! Storytime always concludes with a simple and fun craft that goes with the day’s theme. All ages.
