At the Family Resource Fair at the main library on Saturday, Oct. 11, you can connect with non-profit organizations that serve families with children ages 10 and younger and kids can get a free vision screening. Submissions for the 23rd annual Teen Art Show will be accepted at the main library Thursday, Oct. 30 - Saturday, Nov. 1.

Want to join a book club? Here's one just for kids where we discuss different battle books and answer trivia questions. Oct. 2 at Murray Scholls: "The Lost Library;" Oct. 5 at Main: "Escape From Mr. Lemoncello's Library;" October 16 at Murray Scholls: "Hatchet;" Oct. 19 at Main: "Squished." Registration required.

Kids Costume Dance Party
 Monday, October 27, 11-11:45 AM
 Ages 1-8 with family.

Wear a costume and dance to silly and slightly scary music! An indoor costume parade follows this event.

Slightly Scary Storytime
Wednesday, October 29
 4-4:30 PM
 Ages 3-8

If you're feeling daring, come to the library to enjoy a slightly scary storytime!
