Touring the Library
The library provides tours and visits for local area youth organizations, preschools, schools and homeschool groups.
Please give at least three weeks notice for any request for a tour or field trip to the library.
Class visits and tours are offered subject to the availability of library staff. We will make every effort to accommodate groups. However, due to other library programs and events, we may not be able to schedule every group who requests a visit. Please note, groups over 30 students may take more time to schedule.
Library Card Applications for Field Trips (K-12 only):
For field trips from those schools not part of Beaverton School District:
- Be accompanied by proof of the child’s home address. Class lists from school are acceptable proof of address.
- Be turned in one week before the visit to allow time to prepare the cards. Applications turned in after this deadline will not be processed in time for students to receive their cards on the day they visit.
