Project Homeless Connect community resource specialists at the library connect people with social services like housing, utility assistance, family shelter, Oregon Health Plan enrollment, childcare resource and referral, Head Start, drug misuse treatment and referral, and more. This program provides emergency supplies and equipment, as well as program referrals and assistance. This program is available for housed and unhoused members of the community.
Community resource specialists are available at the main library during library hours.
